Our web site http://www.ad20.ca and related services are the property of Groupe DMB Inc. AD2.0 is a trademark protected by the Canadian Intellectual Property laws. None of its contents, logo can be reproduced or copied. Following are the terms and conditions for usage of AD2.0.

Terms
The trial period is for one month. After the time period, it will be disconnected. The data entered can be retrieved if you purchase the software within this time limit. The transactions with Cdanet or Netplus, and the electronic billing with Ramq will not be activated, nor will be the imaging and digital xrays.

Links
The links with Cdanet, Ramq, Netplus are per licence agreement with these organisms. The softwares for digital imaging and xrays is the responsibility of the user. It should be opened by the end user.  Groupe DMB Inc. is not responsible for the well function of those softwares.

Limited Warranty
Groupe DMB Inc. warrants the medium on which the program is furnished to be free of defects in material or workmanship under the normal use for the following warranty period of 180 days.  If you believe that there is a defect in warranted program such as it does not meet specifications, you must notify Groupe DMB Inc. within the warranty period. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective, please advise us, so that we can remediate the problem. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties of conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of conditions of merchantable quality and fitness for particular purpose.

Privacy Policy and Security
The information entered by you will be encrypted, secured and protected with current industry standards. It will not be shared with anybody for any reason, unless we receive a written authorization from you. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Some privacy limitations and exchanges are beyond our control.
